Western Gateway’s Buttermaker’s Cottage is located on the circle drive just west from the main parking area and the main restrooms . This venue has a large meeting room, full kitchen, restroom, 60 folding chairs and 8 tables that seat 6-8 people. Fire Marshall occupancy varies depending on use. The Cottage is regularly rented by groups for various community meetings and celebrations of all types including birthdays, baby and bridal showers, weddings, anniversaries, and celebrations of life. The Cottage rents by the hour for 1-6 hours and by the day for 6+ hours. For on going weekly rental, please contact the office, 530 432-1990.

Rates – The Buttermaker’s Cottage rents by the day for $412.50 and can also be rented @$66.00 an hour for 1 to 6 hours. $200.00 refundable Damage/Cleaning Deposit is required.
